1. HOW DO INFLATABLE POLES FROM AIRZONE SPORTS WORK?
The technology behind the pneumatic supports is similar to that of an automobile or bicycle tire. Each pneumatic pole contains an inner rubber tube covered by tough resistant woven marine polyester; the same material that has been used for boat covers for the last 30 years.
2. HOW DURABLE ARE THE INFLATABLE POLES?

3. WHAT PROTECTS THE INFLATABLE POLES?
Heavy duty marine polyester that is UV & weather resistant; it will not fade or crack. It is the same material that has been used for boat covers for the last 30 years.
4. CAN THE INFLATABLE POLES HANDLE EXTREME WEATHER?
Yes, the AirZone Sports extreme testing philosophy is this. We put our tents through such ridiculous torture tests so they would be as durable as possible.
We have buried out tents in over 4 feet of snow, tested them in winds over 50 mph, and let them sit in a desert for over a month. Built with the best materials in the industry these tents can withstand any weather that you encounter.

1. HOW CAN I INFLATE MY POLES?
Because of the small amount of pressure required, many air sources can be used to inflate the supports. Some examples are described below.
AIR-COMPRESSOR - These come in all sizes and shapes. Whatever inflates your car tires inflates your tent. Some compressors have to be plugged into your cigarette lighter. A compressor we highly recommend is the Campbell-Hausfeld portable and rechargeable 12 volt air-compressor; Model CC2300 ($39 at many stores) will do the job very nicely. It will inflate our 4-person OSPREY tent about 12 times before needing a recharge. The advantage of this compressor is that you can carry it to your campsite, even if it is 500 yards away. NOT INCLUDED
AIR-EXCHANGER - It takes about 12 lbs of air-pressure to inflate our 4-person tent. If your spare has 40 PSI, it will be at 28 PSI after you have used some air to inflate your tent. You simply attach the air-exchanger to your tent valve and then to your spare. Wait 10 seconds and presto! You can always carry an old spare if you have space in your trunk.
AIR-TANK - An inexpensive air tank cost less than $30 at any hardware store. Go to a service station, fill it with air (find one that doesn't charge you) and you can inflate our 2-person GOLDFINCH tent twice with a 5 gallon tank. It gives you a fully set-up tent in less than 10 seconds, at midnight, with the rainfly already on. Don't forget that your tent must have about 18 PSI fully inflated, so you can't use a tank with only 20 PSI in it as it will take all the air in the tank to bring the pressure to about 5 PSI. Your AIR-TANK should have at least 60 PSI to do the job, and 100 PSI to do it twice.
ON-BOARD AIR - Many motorcycles and ATVs come equipped with a ready-made, on-board air-compressor. If you have one of these, why not carry a ready-made High-Tech AirZone Sports tent to complement your on-board air? Oh yes, and you won't have to mess with rigid poles that will scratch your paint and that are a real pain to accommodate on small motorized vehicles.
2. CAN I OVER INFLATE MY AIRZONE SPORTS POLES?
No, every tent is equipped with a Pressure Safety Valve. These valves prevent the Inflatable Poles from being inflated past 22 PSI (pounds per square inch) the tents optimum operating pressure.
3. HOW DO I TAKE THE TENT DOWN?
Just turn the input valve counter clockwise and the air pressure will be released from the Poles. Roll up your tent and put it in your Airzone bag. That's it.
WHAT WARRANTY IS OFFERED?
Limited Warranty -
The AirZone air-poles have a limited 3 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. They are guaranteed not to shrink, fade, crack, and are UV and fire resistant. This warranty does not cover, and the manufacturer shall not be responsible for, damage caused by or involving burning or heating devices, open flame sources, natural disasters, punctures, animal attacks or improper care or misuse of, or any alterations to, the air-poles.
Replacement or spare air-poles that are not covered under this warranty are available for purchase from Airzone Sports, Inc. For any warranty claim, you are required to contact and return your golf nets or air-poles to the place of purchase.
The AirZone golf net body has a limited 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by or involving burning or heating devices, open flame sources, natural disasters, natural breakdown, wear & tear, abuse, weather, UV rays, exhausted zippers, improper care or any alteration to the golf net body. Service or repair to the golf net body which are not otherwise covered by this warranty is available for a fee from Airzone Sports, Inc.
Please ensure that the golf net and poles are clean for factory. Based on the visual inspection, if the golf net or air-poles have failed or have any defects in materials and workmanship AirZone Sports will repair or replace the product free of charge.
